Hip Hip Hooray – Liberty is designed by Poppie Cotton's very own Lori Woods!  A collection of 6 ditsy florals in 6 different colors. The flowers are tiny and tossed and will be fun coordinates for your projects. They include navy blue, light blue, pink, red, yellow and white backgrounds.
